Why we exist
The gap between education and industry is still too big.
Talent is everywhere. Opportunity is not distributed equally. There are students with ambition, skills and potential who simply have not had the chance to prove themselves.
PehlaChance was created around one simple belief: Every Student Deserves a First Chance.
We are building the infrastructure around that first step — connecting students, colleges and companies through technology, opportunities and career development. Not a job board, and not a single transaction: a career layer that sits between college and industry.
It starts with internships and early-career opportunities. But the ambition is larger — an ecosystem that connects education, talent, opportunity and career growth, and that gets more valuable to everyone in it as more people join.
I believe that talent is everywhere, but opportunity isn’t always distributed equally. There are students with ambition, skills and potential who simply haven’t had the opportunity to prove themselves. PehlaChance is being built to change that.
