Talent discovery
Most early-career hiring waits for applications. Talent discovery lets you search profiles directly — by skill, city, discipline, graduating year and availability — and approach the people who fit.

How it works
Name, skill, college, department or the specific thing a student has built. Skill searches return more useful results than job-title searches.
City, discipline and graduating year. A pool of fifteen relevant profiles beats a list of four hundred.
Education, skills, projects with outcomes, experience, certifications and availability — not a one-page summary of a one-page resume.
Shortlisting is a real state that carries through applications, interviews and decisions, so nothing is lost between people.
Student consent
A student chooses whether their profile is visible to verified employers, to their college only, or to nobody. Applying to your opportunity always shares their profile with you — that is the point — but being found through search is their decision.
Contact details are shared once a candidate is moved to interview stage, so students are not approached before they have been genuinely considered.

Search a skill you actually need this quarter, and see who is available.
