These terms describe how the PehlaChance product is intended to operate. This deployment is a demonstration and does not create a commercial relationship.
PehlaChance connects students with early-career opportunities and helps employers and institutions find and prepare emerging talent. You may use the platform for that purpose, in good faith, and in accordance with these terms.
Verified employers agree to four things, and verification can be withdrawn if they are not met:
A verified badge means a business’s registration details, domain and a contactable representative have been checked. It is a floor, not an endorsement. It does not guarantee that an opportunity will be a good experience, and students should read every listing carefully regardless.
Partner institutions access career-readiness indicators for their own students. They do not access the content of applications or employer notes. Institutional dashboards exist to direct support, not to rank individual students.
The planned student membership is ₹999 for 90 days and covers the career tools built around your profile. Browsing opportunities and reading the Career Journal do not require a membership. This demonstration has no payment provider configured and takes no payments.
You keep ownership of what you write on your profile. You grant PehlaChance permission to display it to the audiences you have chosen, for the purpose of connecting you with opportunities.
PehlaChance is not an employer and is not party to any employment or engagement agreed through the platform. We work to keep opportunities genuine, and we act on reports, but the arrangement itself is between you and the employer.
