The form
What we ask for.
Nine groups of fields. Most take a minute; the description takes ten and is worth it.
- Role & type
- The job title as your team would say it, and whether it is an internship, fresher job, project, apprenticeship, freelance brief or programme.
- Location & work mode
- City and whether the role is on-site, hybrid or remote. Students filter heavily on this.
- Duration & deadline
- How long the role runs and the date applications close.
- Stipend
- The amount and the period. Stated up front, always.
- Experience level
- Student, 0–1 years or 1–2 years — so the listing reaches people who can realistically do it.
- Description
- What the team does, what this person will work on, and what the first month looks like.
- Responsibilities
- One per line. The actual work, not a category of activity.
- Requirements
- What you genuinely need — not a wish list copied from a senior job description.
- Skills
- At least three. These drive matching, so accuracy matters more than breadth.
