Ownership, not tickets
You get a goal and a rough deadline. What you do on Tuesday afternoon is your decision, and your work reaches a student or an employer directly.
Outcomes, not activity
We do not count calls, posts or registrations. We count genuine employers, real opportunities, interviews and career outcomes.
Written, and clear
Most of the work is written — updates, listings, briefs, documentation. Clear writing is the most valued skill on the team.
